Colours and textures of products may appear differently on your screen due to monitor settings and lighting variations.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices and availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll notify you and issue a refund for the unavailable item.

5. Orders and Billing

When you make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

• Limit or prohibit orders placed by resellers, distributors, or those using the same billing/shipping details.

In the event of order modification or cancellation, we’ll attempt to contact you via the email or phone number provided at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Please review our Shipping Policy for details on delivery methods, timelines, and fees.

Once a package has been marked Delivered by the carrier, The Skin Shop is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs thereafter.

7. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy for information on eligibility, process, and timing.

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 10 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Occasionally, The Skin Shop may offer discount codes or promotions. These offers:

• Cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

• Are valid only for the duration specified.

• Are not applicable to previous purchases or gift cards.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice.

9. Subscription Program

We offer a subscription option that allows customers to receive their selected products every 6 weeks at a 10% discount (“Subscription Program”). By enrolling in the Subscription Program, you authorize The Skin Shop to automatically process recurring payments for each scheduled order until you cancel, subject to the terms below.

Minimum Commitment
Customers enrolling in the Subscription Program agree to receive at least one (1) subscription fulfillment before cancellation. Early cancellation prior to the first scheduled fulfillment is not permitted. Orders cancelled before the first renewal shipment may be subject to the removal of the initial discount and/or cancellation of the discounted order.

Billing and Fulfillment
Your selected payment method will be charged automatically at the time of each scheduled renewal. You will receive an email reminder prior to each shipment and may update your address, payment details, or delivery schedule through your account at any time before the renewal date.

Cancellations and Changes
After one (1) completed fulfillment, you may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account. Changes or cancellations made after an order has been processed will apply to future shipments only.

Subscription Pricing and Product Availability
Subscription pricing reflects the discount available at the time of enrollment. Product pricing, availability, and discount amounts are subject to change. In the event of a price or product change, you will be notified prior to your next scheduled renewal.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photography, and design — is the property of The Skin Shop and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of this site’s content without written consent.

All other trademarks, product names, and brand logos referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.
