Shipping Information
At The Skin Shop, we believe skincare should arrive as beautifully as it performs — carefully packed, thoughtfully shipped, and delivered right to your door. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
For orders under $150 (before tax), shipping options will be provided at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your location. Typical shipping costs range between $12–$16.
We also offer free shipping across Canada on all orders of 150 or more before tax.
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Canada Post or UPS Standard, depending on your location.
Free Local Pick-Up
We also offer free local pick-up from The Chatham Skin Clinic, located at:
52 4th Street, Chatham, Ontario, N7M 2G2.
When your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification with pick-up instructions.
Please ensure your order is collected within 30 days of receiving your pick-up email.
If an order is not collected within that timeframe, it will be cancelled and refunded, minus a 20% restocking fee.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on where you live:

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak-season demand.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey from our shelves to your doorstep.
If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipment, contact us at glow@theskinshop.ca, and we’ll be happy to help.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, The Skin Shop cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
If theft is suspected, we recommend reporting it to your local authorities and contacting your home insurance provider.
Packages lost or damaged in transit will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out within 5 business days of any delivery issue so we can assist.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up from a postal outlet, a refund will be issued minus the actual shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn't started processing, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once processing begins, we’re unable to make changes or guarantee cancellation.
