Return Policy

We want you to love everything you order from The Skin Shop. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — within reason and with care.

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products and for reasons of hygiene and product integrity, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused, and undamaged products. All gifts are final sale.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in new condition.

  • The return must be initiated within 10 days of delivery as confirmed by the carrier.

  • A valid order number and proof of purchase are required.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email glow@theskinshop.ca within 10 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll send return instructions, including the appropriate return address.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for returns received in used, opened, or damaged condition.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at glow@theskinshop.ca within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the issue along with your order number, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Allergic or Adverse Reactions

If you experience an allergic or adverse reaction to a product, please email glow@theskinshop.ca within 48 hours of use and include:

  • Your order number

  • The product name

  • A brief description of the reaction

  • A clear photo of the affected area

While we’re unable to accept returns of opened products, you may be eligible for a store credit equal to the value of the product at our discretion, pending review.

Final Sale Items

All sale, promotional, or clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
