Free Skincare for a Year Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Free Skincare for a Year Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by The Skin Shop (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, independent contractors, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Entrants represent and warrant that they meet all eligibility requirements. Any questions, comments, or disputes regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed solely to the Sponsor.

4. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on February 15, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on February 28, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the official entry form available on The Skin Shop website and submit a valid email address during the Entry Period.

Email entry is required to be eligible to win.

Participants may earn additional bonus entries by completing optional promotional actions on Instagram, as described on the giveaway page. Bonus entries are awarded at the Sponsor’s discretion and must be completed during the Entry Period.

Limit one (1) official entry per person via email address. Use of multiple email addresses, identities, devices, or any fraudulent or automated means to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive Free Skincare for a Year, consisting of:

• Four (4) curated skincare shipments delivered quarterly

• Each shipment valued at up to $1,000 CAD, for a total prize value of $4,000 CAD

Products will be selected by The Skin Shop based on the winner’s skin consultation and individual skin goals.

Standard shipping within Canada is included.
Additional shipping insurance, duties, taxes, or other fees (if applicable) are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.

No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries under the supervision of the Sponsor.

The selected winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

9. Rights Granted by the Entrant

By entering, entrants grant the Sponsor the right, where permitted by law, to use their name, likeness, image, statements, and entry information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, notice, or approval.

Entrants represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

10. Terms and Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in fraudulent or disruptive conduct.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

12. Privacy Policy

Information collected from entrants is subject to The Skin Shop’s Privacy Policy. Personal information will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and marketing communications where consent has been provided.

13. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction in Canada. Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Winners List

To request a copy of the winners list, contact the Sponsor within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.

15. Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform. Entrants understand they are providing information to the Sponsor, not to any social media platform.

16. Acceptance of Rules

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations.
